Digital Images: Pictures are saved in PNG 24-bit RGB format. Dimensions are given in pixels. For example, 2048 × 1536 pixels at 200 dpi print resolution (about 10 inches by 7½ inches), “photo-quality”.

Payments: Your payments are handled securely by PayPal. You can pay by credit card or with an existing PayPal account.
After paying, wait until redirected to the download page, or click the ‘Click for Downloads’ link when the 10 second timer on the PayPal checkout page hits 0. You will be presented with a download page and can begin your downloading. You will also receive an email containing the download link(s). In the event of error or delay, a message detailing the probable cause, for instance that your payment was made with a currency that is not accepted or that payment has not yet cleared, which could take awhile, will appear on the page instead. If all goes well, you will be sent an email containing the image link (or links) shortly, however it may take up to four or five days. Note: download links expire 24 hours after the order email is dispatched.
Using The Cart: Your PayPal Shopping Cart (window or tab) shows you the items you have ordered. If you wish, you can return to the image gallery and select other images. They are then added to the cart. To remove an image from your cart order, click ‘remove’ below the item.
Receipts & Refunds: You receive a payment receipt from PayPal and an order email sent to you from TIG. To claim a refund, you can contact TIG by replying to the order email – the email containing download links for images you purchased. PayPal will notify you by email, if and when a transaction does or does not go through.
